How long is the after-sale global warranty for DIY Power ?
1. Guarantee for one year or 1000hours (accord to whichever reach first) from ex-factory date.
2. All the failed units can be removed under the permission of manufacturer; otherwise, it cannot enjoy the Global Warranty services.
3. During the guarantee period, we will provide the free damaged spare-parts for problems caused by our quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of diesel engine caused by customer's incorrect man-made operation. After expiration, our company provides cost spare-parts maintenance for gensets.
